Molni's 80s Mod is pretty damned fun

Took a flight with JB tonight in Molni's WIP 80's theatre. Damn fun flight! We were running a SEAD strike on a shit-ton (tm) of SA-2 and 3s when we were intercepted by MIG-19s, MIG-21s, MIG-23s, MIG-29s... etc, etc. It was insane. Somehow we managed to shut down 2 of the SAM radars and down 7 enemy jets before we made it back home.

This theatre is a WIP, but it's got some real potential for another one of the 420th's group effort campaigns. It comes with a custom database (sim data folder) that needs to be manually installed. See the post. I've written a couple of little .bat programs that will switch out the different sim folders and stored them on the TS.

JB has been uploading his save game files to the TS server. Might want to check with him before flying it however as the south only has 1 base left with F-16s (kunsan) and it needs DCAs fragged around it CONSTANTLY.

I'll install it in a separate 3rd BMS install, don't wanna have the sim folder pork another working install.

The sim folder is one of the most important folders in the install and contains a shit load of files, it and the DB/Campaign folders pretty much run the show.

Anyway, will probably do that this morning after I run an errand.

There are two squadrons of F-16's at Kunsan. One AI generated frag order and one human controlled. You can fly from both of the squads.

Because of approx. 1000 enemy jets at the start of the campaign we must protect our airbase at any cost. They already managed to take out Seosan, Osan and Taigu so we're the only active base on the west coast.
