JDAM Lofting to a Steerpoint

Ran a cool mission the other night with Voodoo and Scraped. Unfortunately, Voodoo was tagged by some AAA early and had to RTB. The strike itself was ok, but the landing was a bitch!!

Check out the accuracy of the JDAM to a steerpoint... not a target locked up in the FCR. Oh yeah, Harley has a new best friend (welcome back into my life, JDAM).

Your bombs hit the target or was it Voodoo's?

Voodoo was already sipping tea and eating cake by the time we got over the target!

Scraped took a second run at the target while i was turning back to inspect the damage. Those bombs were mine. They were in the air for almost a minute!

Nice drop and hit. Scraped seems to have stopped at the BBQ, OH WAIT, he was the main course!!!!

Voodoo was on a little while ago practicing DTOS and got it down on several occasions!

We we're doing ok 'til a couple of Mig 21s came up and Scraped decided to go after them.... shortly after we hear "shit overshot them, cover me". Turned towards the fight and got tagged by AAA almost immediately. First shot from AAA took out my MFDs and left the jet in bad need of a trim. RTB'd using autopilot all the way to final approach. Made for an interesting landing.

Just ran a TE to try out dropping JDAMs on pre-planned threats by changing the steerpoints and dropping bombs manually. Every bomb hit the first steerpoint. It's not going to be a "simple" delivery... so i guess it's back to the drawing board until 4.33 gets released next week!

I think it works if you do the following:
1. change to steerpoint
2. change to profile 2 (manual release)
3. drop bomb
4. change to profile 1 (ccrp)
5. change to next steerpoint...
6. change to profile 2...
7. wash, rinse and repeat.

Fuck that.
