Hawken - free to play game

I doubt i even have it in me to play an FPS anymore. My "fast-twitch" muscles are atrophying. However, being a kid that grew up playing BATTLETECH... i just can't resist the lure!!

I can only presume. You probably have to make an account with the developer to play their game. Nicknames are probably linked to the account and can't be changed. So... if you've got a really popular nickname, say like... "tyox", you'll want to sign up early to be sure you get it. Because you don't want to be running around acting tough with a nickname like "Kenny the Brute" or "Big Bad Ken"!!

I got my invite to the Hawken Alpha 2 test today.

Tried Mechwarrior Online for a little the other day... YAWN! Boring-ass deathmatch. They had better plan on making lots of changes before releasing it to the public.
