The Croatian friends of mine us the brevity call "Popeye", I felt like a dork and didn't want to ask WTF it meant. Is it something like "Buster"??

Now this makes no sense at all to me:

Popeye
Flying in clouds or area of reduced visibility.

What does flying in clouds have to do with Popeye, he was strong when he ate spinach, I would think it would have something to do with going in fast or strong like Buster.
